Returns Form

If you would like to return an item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to return to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please just fill in the below form and include your original order number and reason in the message area. 

Mainland UK - We offer free returns within the UK mainland and once you have filled out the below form we will send you a free EVRI label (please allow up to 3 working days to receive the label).

Outside the UK - you will be responsible for any costs incurred to return the product(s) to us. We recommend you send it using a tracked service with insurance.

Please do bare with us, its not an automated process, we're not big enough yet! 

We aim to get back to you within 3 business days but during busy periods it can take a little longer.

Please allow up to 10 working days for a return to be processed from when the return is delivered to the returns department, which you can check by using the Evri tracking details. Or if you are returning from outside the UK, check your tracking details to see when it arrived.
